I learned about Restorative Yoga from a therapist after having my second daughter at the start of the pandemic. I was having a hard time adjusting to the new ways to protect my baby during that time and going through postpartum was a very hard time for myself and our little family. Someone suggested to me to enroll myself in Restorative yoga and said that it was more meditation oriented and maybe that would be my way to find balance with my life routine of being a mom during that hard time. That’s how I arrived to Robyn’s yoga classes and since day one I felt that the practice is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation. I felt my body and mind start to get some healing and I felt that even my sleep improved right away! I felt focused. Even that anxiety and fear started to go away. ( In one session in particular I am so grateful she suggested for us to put in a little box everything that we were carrying in us.. our troubles and worries. That session in particular hit hard to my core and I felt that was what I needed in that moment, to leave my worries and concentrate on myself for a minute).

I love my weekly sessions. Robyn makes this space filled with love and great energy. I've never felt stronger, more in-tune with my mind and body. I feel the difference when I stop attending her sessions. I highly recommend her classes. Thank you Robyn I have been waiting to share this with you and tell you how much I appreciate your guidance in our practice during yoga!

Robyn has been teaching Chair Yoga to my Residents at Chartwell Fountains of Mission for a number of years now. Our Residents love her classes! She is punctual and professional and clearly cares about all the people she instructs.
